Carlos and his "little helper" (6' plus!) came, installed and didn't leave until THEY were satisfied that everything was right. I have known Carlos for several years but did not realize that he came this far south, but I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of water treatment. Carlos was GREAT! He took the time to look at the space to install the equipment and suggest the best arrangement for it. He willingly answered ALL questions factually and accurately. He was proactive when others I contacted were not. He came to the job site when he said he would, shortly after I contacted Aqua Blue about wanting to install a water softener. Carlos quickly gained my confidence, but didn't oversell himself or his company. The only negative, was an unexpected snow storm prevented his equipment supplier from delivering the equipment on the date promised. We were delayed a couple of days, but no big deal.
