Appliance Smart Repair came and repaired my GE microwave, that was giving me problems. They were.very knowledgeable & repaired my appliance the same day. Moses was very courteous & provided extra tips for a longer use of my microwave. Iâ ll be using them from now on! Great Company!!

This is a very knowledgeable and courteous company. Saw the technician, Moses, diagnose a problem with our microwave within minutes! He had to run out to his van to grab a part that he happened to have and swapped it out in a short amount of time. Just like that, the microwave was back to running like it should. You can tell that Moses knows what he's doing. Would recommend them to anyone needing something repaired.

I couldnâ t be happier with the appliance repair service I received. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The technician was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the issue with my dishwasherâ ¦. Moses thought he could fix our old washing machine. After several visits and several parts, the machine still does not work. We paid $295. I called and texted several times and he said he would be over. He did not show up. Then I called and texted again and heard nothing. This is not professional. I could not believe it,

Dear sir We are sorry you had a unfavorable experience. Regarding front loader washers by design more labor cost are inevitable. Your initial request addressed washer not draining. In your absence your wife mentioned there were no banging noises prior to drain issues. Your particular washer does not cycle on unless drain issue is solved first. Banging noises related to an additional problem and you decided not to add additional repair cost. The extreme banging noises were obvious and impossible to ignore. It's best to be forthright from the beginning to enjoy the best expectations from a repair
