Great guys. Quartz countertops look great. Great customer service. Worked with us to find the perfect color and the price was several dollars per sq/ft less than other companies.

My counters look good. I was initially lead to believe the backsplash was included. It was not and another installer came out the following business day - separate fee. This was suppose to be a one day job.

Hey, Carmen glad to hear you are happy with your kitchen! It was great doing business with you and your husband, however, I am sorry you had the experience you did I should have communicated more clearly that we aren't a tile company but we do have a separate company that does tile! I did line everything up to be done in one day though unfortunately, I can not help what others do behind us I apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused you. I do hope Y'all continue to enjoy your new kitchen.

I attempted to use two other big box companies (Home Depot and Lowe's) before contacting Dalton. He was just what I needed after the tremendously disappointing interaction and sales process with these companies. He kept me informed (ALL THROUGH THE PROCESS)told me everything I needed to know and they finished as promised. The entire installation was easy and the results are more than what I expected. One more thing take or consider the suggestions they make....I couldn't have expected more. the two guys even cleaned up after the install and took the trash...not the tear out stuff...the trash. I might add that my expectations for quality good service and value are gi-normous.!!!
