I live in Hampton Hall in Bluffton and I had a need recently to get a quote for a new roof. Apex Roofing came highly recommended, so I requested a quote from them. The owner, Ralph, was very quick to respond with a very competitive quote. We then followed up with a face to face (at my request) to go over some of the finer details. From start to finish I was very impressed with Ralph for his professionalism, attention to detail and candor. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. I awarded Apex with the job and Ralph remained very engaged in my project, calling me daily to follow up and forwarding me daily photographs of the progress. His work crew were great. Hard working, professional, timely, friendly, etc. They portrayed a lot of the same characteristics that Ralph did so this is truly an organization that practices what they preach at all levels. I would have no qualms recommending Apex Roofing to anyone in need of their services.

It is not often, in our experience, that a service provider exceeds our expectations. More often than not, we are left feeling a bit disappointed as we pay the invoice for services rendered. That said, we were more than happy to pay the invoice for our new roof, provided to us by Ralph Brehany and his Apex Roofing of the Low Country. Apex truly exceeded our expectations; they were outstanding! Ralph came to our home and walked us through the entire process. Not only did he explain in detail the steps that Apex would take to insure a smooth, thorough and aesthetic installation, he provided insight regarding how best to work with our insurance company. Ralphâ s son, Pierce, was onsite when the insurance adjuster inspected our roof, which had hail and wind damage. Pierce assisted the adjuster and served as an advocate for us. The Apex crew, led by Ceci, were on the roof by 8:30 every morning and worked until 6:45 every day, taking a 1-hour break for lunch. The crew was courteous, efficient and very respectful of our property; they cleaned our yard of all construction debris every day before leaving. Ralph sent detailed progress pictures to us every evening after his crew had wrapped up for the day. Our new roof looks terrific; we are very pleased. The owner, Ralph was highly professional, transparent in his bid, and very honest. Replacing a new roof can be a very stressful project and Apex Roofing made the whole process as stress free as it can get. I have had a few roofs done on different houses I have owned. This company by far was the very best at their job. My house looks amazing. From the fast quote to the day the finish they are in contact with you and even send you pictures of everyday and updates. They cleaned up everything and left the house perfect.
