I worked with Ira for about two months on a retaining wall project behind my pool cage. Ira helped me through the HOA approval process, providing detailed description, material lists and applicable drawings. We communicated primarily through text and Ira was very responsive and let me know what to expect next and when. My project was a relatively small one for Apex but Ira was able to get crews to my home between larger projects and was flexible with our schedule. There also was some additional unanticipated labor needed to complete my project and I was not charged additionally. Ira stuck to the original quote. He also made every effort to keep our large foxtail palms. I would highly recommend this company and will hire them again should the need arise.

He quoted the job and sent me his licenses but one was not up to date. I gave him approximately $2900 as a down payment but can t get in touch with him. I requested a refund about 2 weeks ago with no response. His cell phone has been disconnected and the messages to his office are never returned

Highly recommend, did a great job and were on time. Friendly and professional installers. Personal attention to details from the Manager to ensure finished job was satisfactory.

Project took forever to complete, It was suppose to be done in a couple of weeks, It actually took 6 months, I had to apply for my own part way in permit as the contractor screwed up the first one. The drive has not been finish to my satisfaction. The line cut on the road is crooked off by 4 to 6 inches, I was promised it would be fixed with in 2 weeks, its now been another month and nothing, he wont even respond to text messages. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY

The Alex team was very timely. They were very professional, and courteous. From start to finish they talked me through the entire process. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Fast response, and great pricing. I am more than satisfied with the work they did.

They came and installed sod. The sod remained green but it is uneven. The Forman did not have good communication skills, in my opinion. The sod is a tripping hazard and uneven in many spots along the edges. There are holes and lumps in part of the yard. The edges are poorly edged and it does not roll flat. It is an inch to two inches high along the edges. It is going to cost me more money to get this fixed properly. Upon reaching out to the contractor he told me to go ahead and leave him a bad review, he is moving on. My HOA is unable to maintain the yard due to the poorly laid sod.

APEX was on time, on budget, and exceeded my expectations. The job was exceptional, and I had the WHOLE YARD torn out and replaced (it was that bad). Keep up the good work!

We hardly ever give anyone 5 stars. but APEX definitely deserves it from us. Since being in Florida, we have not had very good luck with any contractors until we met Ira. He has called us when he said he would. He met with us when he said he would. He came and did the job when he said he would. We will hire him again if the situation should arise. We will recommend him to anyone who asks.
