The technician arrived on time, replaced the sprinkler, and installed a new pump. However, I?m not convinced the new pump was necessary. Since the work was completed, my house is being watered three times a week. All I would like is the sprinkler heads be adjusted. I?ve attempted to contact the company several times by phone and email to discuss my concerns, but they have not returned my calls or responded to my emails.

Dustin responded within half an hour and came by to take a look. He made a recommendation and gave me a quote. Turns out, the problem was a broken line running across the middle of the yard. I'd have NEVER found it on my own. Dustin is an awesome trouble-shooter and logically stepped through a process to identify and isolate the issue. HONESTY & INTEGRITY - I'm sooo thankful for service like that. Kept his card and will definitely recomend to the entire neighborhood!
