Great job, beautiful railings. Took too long and required too much effort on our part to keep the job moving. If you aren’t in a hurry, definitely recommend. If however, your railing guards against a 20 foot drop, as ours did, look elsewhere.

Hired and paid deposit for railing replacement. It s been over a month and they will not reply to voicemails or email except to say we ll be out to install in a week never to hear back again until we send more messages. This is a safety issue and they knew last month that we needed it done ASAP. They said 1-2 weeks and after haunting them until they reply (had to go through BBB) they said we ll call you right back and never do.
Response from Company:
Special order material that became out of supply because of the COVID. Owner was agreeable to wait. Owner had a sound existing railing. All phone calls were returned and explanation of delay that it was to be a month delay. Schedule was only mentioned to be installed within the month. Materials were unexpectantly not in supply. We called the customer and told them they had to wait the few weeks extra. We gave them free columns to support their roof. We understand it is just more important to have more communication than ever in these trying times. We have the most patience to extend to all our customers.

Excellent job done fast and to our complete satisfaction. Kevinâ s quote was slightly less expensive than the other quotes we got and Kevin was extremely responsive and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We are hiring him again!

All customers are given a window date upfront of when the work will commence We started the work when it was agreed upon prior and scheduled accordingly We are grateful for all compliments in the interim time we are installing our fine products of railings. Occasionally, we encounter difficulties with defective stonework that makes our installation take more time. Our many years experiences have taught us to only do it the right way as though it was our own house. We make no shortcuts. Our many customers have come back to us years later and complimented us as still job well done. Our prices are very much competitive of most all times
