I highly recommend Andate Construction-I heard about them after my upstairs neighbor caused two huge leaks in my apt below and I needed to have my kitchen ceiling and one wall removed due to mold. I also hired them to rebuild my kitchen since they had done such a great job with the first half. Anthony, Bryan, Yaracet and Hector were so professional and easy to work with throughout even though I was really tense and unsure of everything. They were so careful to do a great job and made sure to clean up after themselves. Do yourselves a favor and hire these guys-you wont be sorry! I really cant say enough good things about them. I also want to give a shout out to Jennifer for keeping everything running so smoothly!

The men that did the work to replace my window were professional and they were helpful in moving things I could not move and place them them where it was needed. As well as hanging my curtains up to my window which surprised me, if actually mad me laugh seeing these men hanging curtains. They were professional at every they did and I felt happy and safe the whole time. Thank you for this service.

After my hot water heater broke and flooded my basement I didn't feel confident with the construction company my insurance carrier sent. They started to remove the laminate flooring but didn't complete it. I called Andate Construction and Restoration and was connected with Anthony, who, to my surprise, came to my home that very same day. Right from the start my husband and I were impressed by him. He gave us an honest and detailed assessment of the damage. He immediately noticed there were asbestos tiles uncovered and some of the tiles were chipped and broken by the other construction company. We had a bigger problem on our hands and decided to have all the asbestos tiles removed. Anthony was just wonderful. What could have been an overwhelming situation felt manageable, thanks to him. He guided us through the remediation process and coordinated everything quickly, from having the air tested for asbestos, to getting us a storage unit to house the contents of our entire basement. At that time we decided to have the entire kitchen gutted and install a completely new one. The crew were great, efficiently gutting the kitchen, safely removing the asbestos tiles, and thoroughly scraping the floor. Once the remediation process was complete, the restoration began. Andate having a beautiful showroom made everything very convenient. Giovanna was incredibly patient while I was choosing my kitchen cabinets, hardware, countertops and flooring, making welcomed suggestions along the way. When it was time for the work to begin, Daniel was amazing--organized, communicative and truly invested in making sure everything was done right. His crew was outstanding. They were the nicest and most respectful team I have ever had working in my home. They arrived early each day. You could see the pride they took in their work--the paint job was flawless and the flooring and carpentry were beautifully done. I am beyond thrilled with how beautiful the kitchen looks! Andate delivered exceptional service at every stage of the project. The office team were always friendly and helpful. I am so grateful that Anthony and Daniel were so accessible...it made the entire experience far less stressful. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Andate Construction and Restoration for their reliability and exceptional quality of work.

I just had my whole house refloored by Andate construction corp… they were the best contractors I have ever had… starting from Dan who is co- owner of the company who came to take the measurements… what a pleasant guy I felt like he was my son…he made me feel so relieved about everything cause I had had a flood from my washing machine and I had to deal with the insurance company… Dan was there every step of the way… His Dad also helped and he was such a kind man also… then the workman came from Brian who was also so kind too…. Then Jersabi and his son Jersabi jr proceeded to do the floor and they were great… the floor looks magnificent and every time they worked they left your home spotless… even the girl in the office is extremely nice… and Anthony I spoke to once when he called he is the other co- owner extremely nice also… Dan was always making sure everything went smooth and was run right…I can’t say enough about them other then if I needed work again I would hire them back in a heartbeat… if your looking for general contractors these are the guys to get….” ANDATE CONSTRUCTION CORP “ THE BEST!!!!!

We have had a great experience in the planning stage of our bathroom remodel. Giovanna and Yara have helped us immensley with colors, tile and trim selection. Dan Sr. and Dan Jr. are very straight forward and concerned about our individual issues. Our only problem is that the start of the project has been delayed over a month. We are patiently waiting and understand that in the current economic conditions, projects and supplies are delayed.

Dan arranged everything with my insurance company and did an excellent job in repairing my siding that came loose or was damaged by a high winds storm. He matched the color perfectly and did an excellent job.

Any problems would be resolved to your satisfaction.
