Loved the fact that after they came to clean the pool I received an email advising what the chemicals tested and what they added. There was also an added note from the person who cleaned it sharing what he had done and plans to do next week.

Travis is incredible!! He took pictures before he started the work on my pool an every time he did some additional work he sent an email and pictures. Travis is extremely professional and I love my swimming pool. I would definitely hire ASP again for my pool. Thanks you guys!! Tara

Only three possible explanations for the prior great reviews: 1- You got super lucky. 2- you have lots of money to waste. 3 - You have far lower standards than I do. Numerous problems with their rushed liner install and poor follow-up fixes. Was given a free month of cleaning/maintenance to try to appease me. In 1 month since liner install and initial fill, I've had 10 lbs. of alkalinity, 2 tablets added to my chlorinator, and three 5 minute vacuums. No brushing, skimming, basket emptying, no shocking, no algeacide. Yesterday was a no-show. As this is a service that they actually charge $175/mo. for, I'm pretty disgusted that my pool is now green and cloudy. I'm either getting lesser treatment because it was 'comped' or they really don't know what they are doing. Seems to me, the better practice would have been 'above and beyond' the norm as this was a complimentary service given to make up for an already unsatisfactory experience and after I agreed not to have them rip it all out and start over - at their expense. There is no way I will believe that I am the only that has a negative experience with them - don't put too much faith in all the 5 star reviews.....

We have made several attempts to satisfy (consumer name withheld per their request) and regret that we are unable to. After installing a beautiful and well fitting vinyl liner in her swimming pool (consumer name withheld per their request) was unhappy about a few decisions my crew had made with the preparations to her pool for the liner. After discussing the possible remedies to the installation issues that (consumer name withheld per their request) perceived as problems, she and I were in agreement that she would be happy with a month of free pool service. We maintain over 200 pools weekly in this area and are proud of our reviews that we have earned. We are very sorry that (consumer name withheld per their request) s is not one of our happy customers even after the month of free pool service (value $185) where she received all four service visits that we provided for a free month of service. This service did include complete pool cleaning and all of the chemicals that were necessary for proper pool water balancing at no charge. Again, we are very sorry that we could not satisfy (consumer name withheld per their request) needs.
