We liked what we saw from the options from the salesman. The shower replacement was done on time and top quality by the installer. Materials and selections we made were spot on and we are very pleased with the quality and workmanship. The price was spot on in comparison with other options.

I was expecting a total renovation but with American Home Design we only changed the bathtub for a walk in shower. The rest of the renovation was left for us to contend with. For the high cost I thought we would have everything completed. I am happy with the shower and the lifetime warranty on it!

We had quite a back and forth between the salesman and his boss. They were not able to do all the work we wanted for our bathroom remodel, so we scaled down what we wanted and got a quote around $23,000. We declined that and were contacted by the supervisor a day or two later who said he could lower the cost to $14,000. I've simplified the back and forth by cutting out a bunch of phone calls and 4 home visits for pictures and measurements. In the end we signed and a very competent installer showed up on time prepared for the job. We were told a "team" would be installing and therefore the job would take at the most 2 days. Bob was our team and it took 4 days to get everything done, minus installing the tub. They had ordered the wrong one and we had to wait for the right one to be delivered. It took a week to get the tub and Bob took another day to get it installed. The salesmen seem to over promise and over charge, but the product and skill level of the installers are top notch. We are happy with the final product and would use American Home Design again. It was difficult to get anyone to make a bid, and there are a lot of rip off artists out there, so going with a national chain makes sense.
