Avoid this company at all costs. I hired them in Sept 2024 to replace oil tanks, and while they arrived on time, the installation was reckless?they cut through two floor joists instead of properly routing the fill line, compromising my home's structural integrity. They dismissed my concerns and promised a repair that never happened. Even if they had, it would only matter if it passed a home inspection. I?m now facing costly repairs, zero accountability, and the worst service I?ve ever experienced. Don't let Sal or his crew near your home.

The process started with me leaving a voice message which was returned within 15 minutes. We made an appointment for a visit to review the project; Sal was on time and very knowledgeable. Alternative Fuel handled the permit process along with scheduling the mark out to be completed. On the start day I was informed that the team would arrive by 8 AM and they did. The tank was removed with no issues and inspection was scheduled for later in the day. They returned in 2 days to remove the tank.

They did great work removing 2 tanks and all of the piping associated with the oil tanks in my basement. They were very prompt and professional. They knew what they were doing. They removed the excess oil, cleaned the tanks of all remaining residue, cut the tanks in pieces and disposed of them. They also removed all pipes and patched the area as needed. I highly recommend them!
