Family owned company with great prices, customer service and fast paced work. I would surely hire them again. August of 2019 they completed 3 bathroom floors and 3 bathroom walls in a multi-family property of mine. Great work!!

Victor responded promptly, gave a fair price, kept in touch with us through long distance, (we are out of state landlords) coordinated work and all aspects of a bathroom renovation during a very stressful time of our lives. One of the best experience working with tradesmen in over 20 years of multiple home ownership. Victor completed the job with impeccable workmanship. I am a new homeowner in Methuen, MA. Alpha tile did our kitchen flooring, backs plash, and our bathroom. The outcome exceeded our expectations. For our kitchen backs plash I chose a mosaic tile which is not easy to work with. I can honestly say it looks impeccable. Everyone who has been to our house including those working on the house during the renovation mention how great their work is. They go above and beyond! Definitely recommend.

They do beautiful meticulous work, are easy to work with, give excellent advice where decisions are called for while at the same making sure that the homeowner has the last word , and take pains to minimize disruption resulting from the job.

They are very focused and gave us good advice on the whole project! Although they are not done yet - I appreciate the way they have coordinated the efforts of the plumber - and the granite guy as well. They have a plan and they stick to their timelines and the communication is excellent! Great customer service and rally nice people!

Our bathroom came out amazing! Extremely pleased with Alpha Tile. They did an outstanding job! Working very hard to please us. Always consistently showing up on time. I would highly recommend them! Also very professional, friendly, very polite and did an amazing job cleaning up.
