I did a lot of research before deciding on Alpha Pools USA and I now know I couldn't have made a better decision. From our first meeting, my wife and I felt like we were fully engaged with the process and knew what to expect. What we didn't realize was that the owners, Joel and Billy themselves, were going to be so personally involved with every part of the build. Communication was always open and quick, many times all we had to do was walk outside because they seemed to be there when any work was being completed. The actual build time was unbelievably quick and the quality was top notch. We absolutely love our pool and couldn't be happier with Alpha Pools USA. Thanks Joel and Billy!

What a difference a year makes! One year ago we contacted Billy and Joel to see about designing a pool. Billy and Joel worked with us over the winter on the design, very patiently I might add, with lots of “what if this” and “how about that”. Come March, the construction crews arrived, and within 2 months we had a completed, filled pool ready for summer. The entire construction process was flawless. Billy and Joel did an awesome job of planning, communicating and keeping us updated on every phase of the construction process. I can't imagine a project of this magnitude going any smoother. Every detail was perfect, down to our dragonfly mosaic tribute to a special friend. Now here we are with our first pool season behind us, looking forward to many fun seasons to come. It has been an amazing experience working with Billy, Joel and the crews! They kept their word, kept the budget, and were completely trustworthy! I would definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends!

Would not recommend! Shady with no communication and delays. Had to hire someone else to finish the job. If there was a lower rating available, I would give them a lower rating. Can not believe Home Advisor allows them in their site.

after 8 months after contracting, still waiting for the work to be done. Communication poor at best. May have to take legal action since payment has been rendered.
