Like any project that has its "moments", ours wasn't any different but Jeff was always willing to roll with the punches and work with us regarding stoppages, and last minute decisions.

Very pleasant to work with, and the creative changes were well received. However, I think the staining job could have been better on the deck, as there are drip spots on the floor of the deck. Also, I think you guys did a great job providing the "look" we were going for, however, you werent upfront with "sagging" gates, or the sturdiness of the railings. Providing the solutions of what we needed to do was helpful, but could have been done in the first place. The mantle is gorgeous.

Working with Jeff and Laura was great fun. They have a great work ethic and did the expected plus added changes. We would have no problem hiring them for another project.

Furthermore while competitive they deliver a superior product than their competition. I have used them 3 times and will use them again. I recommend them to my friends and business associates. He kept us informed as unforeseen concerns arose (dealing with an old house) & was up front & clear about additional costs involved & necessary changes in projected timelines. Reliable with a great work ethic & wanted us to happy with the outcome, which we were.
