It was a pleasure to work with Brooke and Matt of Allstate Exteriors . The planning of the project and time line was straight forward guaranteed pricing with NO SURPRISES OR ADD ON COST!!! The project we contracted with Allstate Exterior was to install on all 8 buildings of our Association (located in Captiva Island) new Hardy board, paint the Hardy board and repair the roof drip edge. Matt was our assigned Project Manager and did an outstanding job. Matt provided the Board with daily updates with photos of the project. The project was done within the established time line of the project. Professional staff and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Allstate and will use them again for any project. I would not recommend Allstate Exteriors We hired local Owens Corning â Platinumâ Allstate Exteriors and Restoration (also known as Allstate Exteriors) to replace our roof after Hurricane Ian. Their contract promised â an amazing installâ but instead the crew installed a defective roof and caused damage to our house inside and out. After Allstate Exteriors installed the underlayment, it rained in our house in more than 10 places at the same time. After the shingles were installed the roof FAILED final inspection two times. When we addressed our concerns, they responded by sending us a notice of lien, threatened to charge us 1.5% interest for every month we did not pay our invoice in full and to cancel our warranty. We had numerous professional inspections and have 100s of pictures documenting a long list of problems with the roof Allstate Exteriors installed on our house. Pictures donâ t lie. After getting results from the inspections, we asked Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof because we hired them to install a â newâ roof not a defective roof that is patched in over 100 places. After waiting a year we requested Allstate Exteriors to refund the money we paid them and asked them pay for the damages their crew caused inside and outside of our house. We waited for almost a year and a half for Allstate Exteriors to do the right thingâ ¦ they never did. We had to fire Allstate Exteriors and hire and pay a new contractor to replace our roof.

They installed new gutters and even fixed out soffit as well. OVerall it was good work and experience they did take a little longer than quoted originally. But were great to correct what was needed.
