It was hell in a nutshell. They blocked 2 exits from my house but worse they NEVER looked at where they were dumping snow on. They dumped snow on top of my mini split and the immense weight ripped the mini split off my house and stand. Now itâ s about to fall to the ground. Their price for this disaster was 3 xâ s any one else. NEVER use this company

Couldn't remove the ice jam myself, thought $365. An hr. Was a little pricey. Don't know too many people that could afford 3,000$ for this job . But with lots of water damage ,I really didn't have a choice . As the dozen or more ice remover people were all busy. But they did an excellent job. Split Rock...good job boys!

Alliance responded immediately to my request for an estimate to remove ice dams on our roof. Price was competitive with other estimates I received. They promised to do the work the next day. They showed up on time the next day and worked hard the entire time they were on site. Did an excellent job. The cost of the project came in as proposed. Would definitely hire them again.
