The guy came out and did an estimate. He was told that we wanted our tree trimmed. Within a few days they came out. My husband was the one home and he said the guys were there for about an hour. When I saw the tree I was not happy. It is not shaped evenly. It looks like a hack job. I called and the guy was very nice and said he would be out the next Thursday. He explained that they donÂ’t top trees which is not what I wanted anyway just nicely trimmed. I came home from work early and he never showed. My husband e mailed and he never replied. We paid the day of sevice and now I feel like they are blowing me off. Would not recommend them

They came at 9:00 AM & finished dropping 2 spruce trees down to the ground. The price was affordable. The men were efficient & professional. I would definitely hire them again.

The estimator indicated they would put warning cones on the sprinkler heads near where the tree was removed but the crew did not do that and ran over a couple of sprinkler heads with the stump grinder. Other than that, the service was what I wanted and done quickly.
