I had two trees blow down on my house and on a shed due to a major storm that knocked out power to almost a half million people. I called Greg Wright at Pinnacle, and he was willing to fit me in despite that he and his crew had been working 7 days a week since the storm. Greg arrived when he said he would, explained what needed to be done, and gave me a reasonable estimate that my insurance company accepted immediately. He was entirely professional and wonderful to deal with. The work was done promptly when he said it would be, and the job was entirely satisfactory. I would recommend Greg Wright and Pinnacle to anyone. They are wonderful.

Called for an estimate. Jason showed up promptly when he said he would. Received a very reasonable quote. Scheduled the job on the spot. Crew showed up promptly on the scheduled date. Crew worked efficiently, safely, and got the job done ahead of schedule. Very good communication between crew members. Friendly and professional workers. Meticulous clean-up. Will certainly hire this company again, without hesitation, for another project in the next few weeks.

The quote for the work done was competitive and they showed up on time (even a day early). The person running the job and doing the technically work was clearly an expert. The trees were cut down in the time they had said. I have not yet seen the condition of the property when they left as we had to leave part way through the process. I will update the rating when we return.
