About a 15% of a vinyl siding nail incorrectly.

Hi Andy, we apologize if you were not satisfied; however, we completed the job in a timely and satisfactory manner. We have attempted on numerous occasions to contact you in order to fix any problems you had about the job. Your refusal to communicate and submit the full payment that you approved of in the contract, has not been helpful in our attempt to ensure your experience was anything less than excellent. We hope we can eventually get in touch again to resolve this issue.

Riza showed up exactly on time, was extremely nice and gave us a great estimate. He got the job done more quickly than we expected. While the skylight has yet to be tested by the weather, so far we could not be happier with the work and with our experience.
