The guys were fantastic. Super professional and quality work. They were super funny to which was helpful when you're seeing holes cut into your wall. I would definitely hire them again and in fact have a quote request out to them to put in some better speakers for me. They were fantastic.

We had a unusual situation. The soundbar was defective i purchased. All Pro spent close to 3 hours trying to set it up. Once it was diagnosed as defective, All Pro Audio, reduced the time involved with there service, and cost. They also agreed to help me when I purchase the net sound bar as a reduced rate. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We do allow customers to provide their own equipment on projects. The unfortunate thing is if there is a defective product that we didn't provide we cant service it under warranty, but we will work with our customers if such an event like this happens, just like we did here.

They quoted me one price and charged more. Almost double!

What this customer states about the pricing is a lie. This job was estimated sight unseen and it was an estimation based on what he described over the phone, there was no formal quote. I had told him if its as easy as what he's describing it would be around $150-$200. The actual bill was $225 because it took longer, the customer called me to complain while the team was on site and I gave him a discount, he was only charged $200 for the installation. The described site conditions did not reflect the true story of what was involved with the actual installation so the job took longer than originally expected because the scope of work changed from what was expected to what was required to get his TV installed correctly. All of our installations are done correctly and quality work requires time to get the job done right. If you're looking for a quality installation we're the right company to hire, if your looking for a crazy cheap hack job, we aren't the company for you.

They did an excellent/professional Job. When they where finished there was virtually no work left for me to do. I just had to sand a little and paint over the few wholes needed to run wiring, they did the patching.All in all when they where done I was able to just kick back and enjoy my new system. They also stayed longer to ensure no issues and bugs presented them self. Work its self was very professional and rather fast considering i did all in wall speakers and they had to deal with a finished basement making wiring much more difficult. I would hire again. In there own words "they aren't cheap, but fair" In home automation that counts and it shows.
