I hired All My Sons to unload my truck here at my new home in Des Moines. Max, Kobe, and Trance absolutely knocked the unload out lickety split no issues. They took care of my things like it was their own. Well worth the money to kick back and watch them work and not destroy my back doing it solo.

The work was done in relatively good time but sloppy work resulted in property and furniture damage. The claim process is unhelpful and there is a distinct lack of communication. EDIT: I have since been able to discuss our issues and damages with the vendor (thanks to Angi support!) and have settled the issue. This really was a simple thing to fix/settle, but the lack of communication and shear intent to ignore us that made everything worse. The company is taking direct action to improve communication and better convey insurance/claim information to prevent issues like this in the future. Though, I cannot say this will resolve the issues in the future completely, it is a good sentiment.
