A word to the wiseâ ¦ Do NOT use All My Sons Moving unless you: 1) Prefer your move to be done by slow, distracted movers that youâ re paying by the hour 2) Expect no support during the move as promised in their â service assurance pledgeâ 3) Would like to be extorted to make full payment before they will unload your belongings 4) Want no documentation of your payment made or a breakdown of the charges 5) Enjoy being completely ignored when you express your dissatisfaction with 1-4

HORRIBLE. It was supposed to be a simple move of just over 2 miles. We boxed everything except the large, heavy items. They sent two kids who had less than 3-weeks experience between them. The kids didn't know how to operate the tablet, so I never got a copy of the contract. They didn't have supplies (no cover for the Sleep Number Bed); it took them a billable hour to "wrap" it only to have the bubble wrap fall off as the slid the bed across the floor. They dropped the couch and bent the frame. They dropped my stereo receiver; now some of the inputs and outputs no longer worked. They damaged the door to my wife's new washer and dryer set. The list goes on. I completed and sent the claim form to the local manager (who is no longer with the company), per his request. It was somehow lost. Corporate lost track of my claim--which doesn't do a lot for their commitment to quality of service. Now, almost a year later, without a contract I have little or no recourse and just accept the thousands of dollars of loss. It isn't worth the effort to deal with them. Don't go down this rabbit hole.

Donâ t use these movers! They charge a flat rate per hour so you are at their mercy on the time it takes. We moved from a two bedroom apartment, 5 miles down the road and they took SIX hours to move us. It was $1,300!!! Hereâ s why - you pay when they leave their office, pay for all supplies, and they took a 1-1/2 hour lunch break (aka went missing from one house to the new house). Yep we paid for the crewâ s time to buy and eat lunch. To make matters worse, our crew was in training and they moved very slow. One even joked that â he got paid by the hourâ . Pick another mover if you want a fair price!! Also when we called the manager to share concerns, he was not interested, he was very rude and cocky.

Jaelin Green and his crew were excellent. They were very professional. They packed my items and took very care of my items. Great customer service. I know I will be hiring them again. Just Great service.

STAY AWAY! This company was absolutely horrible and I regret trusting them. I needed to help my daughter move across town and we hired All My Sons. The only thing that went smoothly was the estimate. There were disagreements about what their responsibilities were, they were late, and they damaged several valuable things. They broke a 65in TV, broke the leg off a bureau, two pieces of art were damaged and their frame/glass broken, and they tipped over a freezer denting it (laughing about it right in front of me). They claim that all of their people are drug tested but I could smell the pot on at least one of their workers. I asked them to take responsibility for themselves and all they would offer was $217. Absolutely despicable, worst experience I have ever had, and I cannot stress it enough; STAY AWAY from this horrible company!
