    Bait and switch! I followed your recommendation for them, booked them, based on my details of the move needed. ALL THE DETAILS! I was quoted a price and scheduled the move, deposits included, but I never received the offer in writing (my error, it wont happen again) I was told, once scheduled, their system would not generate the quote, by customer service. Then, when the movers arrived, they had not gotten in the door, barely, before they exclaimed that this was NOT a two man job and certainly not for the time that they had been booked for. They had been misinformed, and I had been mislead. the movers, themselves were GREAT and got the job done, but what was supposed to be and what happened, were completely different. and their customer service team, was less than helpful. at one point I wanted them to just leave, and I would hire another Team, but was told that not only would my deposit not be refunded, but i would still be liable for their 2 hour minimum. their solution, was to increase the moving Team by additional movers and then the time would double as well. ALL of which was NOT in my budget, but I still had to have the move done, and I had been planning for over a month! this was NOT a last minute scheduling. VERY FRUSTRATING, and I will NOT EVER use or recommend them again.

    Please use this company!! They are simply the best. This is the 4th time we have moved and this was the best and easiest move. Geran and his whole crew took great care of us! They were the ultimate professionals !

    Do not trust them. Completely different quote on the phone than what they charge when they get there. They preformed services that we did NOT ask for without asking us then charged us on the back end when all things were on the truck in front of the storage unit. I feel scammed. They pray on the headache of the move being so difficult that you just accept their new price (remember ALL of your things are loaded on the back of the truck when they discuss the new pricing). Avoid them like the plague. Plenty of other trustworthy movers out there. P.S. The puzzled look given by the movers when you complain about the price difference extremely suspect as I greatly feel they did it to someone else the day before. This bait and switch is not new, it is common practice with the fluidity of a crashing anvil.

    They rescheduled my original appointment without telling me to another location and a much later time. The guys were tired and took so long packing my one-bedroom!!!! Very expensive move. Will not use again.

    The estimator did everything over the phone and did not come out to visually see my items. The movers did not pack the truck appropriately which caused me to pay for the second day of moving. It felt very bait and switch. There was damage to my new construction home in which I am still waiting on my claim to be responded to several weeks later. I am extremely disappointed I was charged at ALL for a second day due to the incompetent staff. It was discounted but management should have taken accountability. They know a customer is vulnerable when moving and you're on a deadline. The staff complained about management and the fact this scenario happens often. Again, still waiting for repairs.
