    Rating is 1 star based on some corrective action by an Operations Manager alone on a $1,000 discount, that LOOSELY, covers time, income and ultimately lost revenue since we were unable to return to work and had to use additional time off to ensure we moved out in time. Does not capture everything we had to spend to throw away and/or donate items you should have taken. Ultimately Jackson over promised and under delivered considerably from his initial quote for our move to the actual end result. We loved his interest and level of customer service on the front end. I did personally contact our prior moving company to give accurate weight, box count and wardrobe style boxes required. You would think we gave them the blueprint to success and it was anything but that. It was a nightmare from that point on. Jackson ended up being spineless in holding his team accountable and keeping his word. Ultimately there was an Operations Manager that stepped in to make things right Issues: Showed up late. Start time is 8am and somehow we started almost two hours after that. Based on weight provided and box count in advance. They slotted for two trucks and additional labor. The team that showed REFUSED to secure the additional truck after showing up late and they only brought 50 boxes!? So they had to go pick up additional boxes and they thought 20 more would be enough. It is mind-blowing and defies basic math/logic. 70 versus being told over 100 in prior moves. They packed boxes that they could not close so that got left off the truck because they could not secure it. So, your team's inability to pack into boxes is suspect and now I question what is going to be waiting for us in the storage unit to sort through. In addition to boxes they could not secure (I. E. Close because of how they were packed). They left bathroom and other rooms incomplete with over $600 plus of items that they could not take. Maybe because your team decided the second truck was not needed?!? I call this lazy and incompetent. Where is the oversight to bid to execution and keeping your customer promise. Also they had NO TOOLS to take anything apart. My boyfriend has to supply them with these things to allow for our furniture to be broken down. Again. Their inability to be prepared became our problem. Lastly, there was no communication on delivery of goods. We basically waited an entire day to have them notify us of arrival and it took 3 1/2 hours to unload a 26' trailer. Coming from running an Amazon fulfillment center and handling live loads daily. This is a joke. There was 0 communication from Jackson than his uncanny timing of having personal issues and literally ghosting us on phone calls to then stating we need to trust him. Then he ghosted us on text entirely. If you cannot handle the heat get the hell out of the kitchen. While we appreciate the $1,000 discount; it ultimately falls short of the actual loss. We had to throw away and/or donate items we would have kept, lost $700 is gross income to our family for having to take unpaid time to stay longer, had to pay for additional disposal services and having to extend our move out time by two days which is rent we should not have had to pay. We are probably $600-750 short of actually being made whole from this disaster. We set you up for success and All Sons Moving & Storage ultimately failed to follow through and provide clear communication. I am still waiting for a phone call Jackson. A good leader supports the team and does not hide. **Update** Sent email to their customer care email address as requested in their response over 12 days ago and no one has reached out to address any of our concerns or lost funds due to this move.

    I hired this company because my parents have used them in the past. I was scheduled for noonish but they called me around 8am to say a spot had opened up. They arrived and quickly loaded up all my stuff carefully. Antonio went above and beyond my expectations. He listened to my concerns about the building I was moving into, explained everything in detail and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend this company! Ask for Antonio!

    They are professional, courteous, prompt, and friendly. Johnathan Gaxiola and (sorry didnâ  t catch the other guys name) were fantastic. Best moving experience weâ  ve had by a long shot! Will be using again.

    The guys were kind, friendly, very careful and really hustled! I appreciate what they did! I had no issue with the movers but the wait on each of my calls was longer than expected to reach a person.

    They were constantly in touch with me making sure all was well. Called when they said they would arrived on time, worked quickly but carefully! John was the leader of the 3-man crew and did a great job. I highly recommend, as they were recommended to me!!
