I had a great experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage. The signup process was quick and easy, and the staff was very courteous throughout everything. They were extremely busy and accidentally missed my appointment by a day, but they handled the situation professionally and made up for it with a hefty discount. The movers worked super fast, handled my furniture carefully, and made the whole move much less stressful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would recommend them.

I had a mixed experience with All My Sons Moving. The move was completed, and the supervisor handled an issue professionally and returned a tip that should not have been requested. However, one of the movers touched my shoulder and made a comment about my appearance while I was alone in my home, which felt inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. He also directly asked for a tip, which I later learned is against company policy. While I appreciate management addressing it afterward, the experience made my move more stressful than it should have been.

I am writing to formally complain about a recent service I booked through your company to move and reassemble a Pottery Barn Loft full-size bed from a basement bedroom to an upstairs bedroom. When I scheduled the service, I clearly explained the type of bed and the scope of work required, and I was given a same-day appointment with a quoted price. Two workers arrived that afternoon and informed me that the job was booked for only one hour. They proceeded to disassemble the bed and move it upstairs. However, upon attempting reassembly, they informed me that the bed was not aligned properly and they were unable to complete the setup. I asked them to correct the issue, which they attempted, but shortly afterward, they called me back to say they still could not figure it out. At that point, there was also a crack in the bed that had not been there before their work. I expressed my concern and stated that they needed to complete the job, as I was left with a partially assembled and now damaged bed. I was then told they were out of time and could not continue. When I requested a refund, I was told that it could not be done either. One of the workers also mentioned that, after speaking with his supervisor, he should not have been assigned to assemble bunk or loft beds in the first place, despite my having clearly described the bed when booking. While the workers were still present, I called your office to report the issue. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and rude. I have since made two additional calls and left a message with corporate, but I have not received any response. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid for a service that was not completed, which resulted in damage to my furniture, and has not been addressed despite multiple follow-ups. I am requesting the following: A full refund for the service Compensation or repair for the damage caused to the bed
