    Once he got started, he diligently worked a few hours cleaning a couch, chair and three large rugs. Came out looking great. Cleaned up after. The only drawback was they were an hour late, with no notice. I had to call 20 minutes into the scheduled appointment time.

    Very nice man and woman. This is the second time we have hired them to clean couches. They are very courteous and do a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

    I had All Clear Restoration for a flooded kitchen. All in all, the work was fine, My flooring is guaranteed for 10 years. It has been 2 years and I am having problems with it chipping out. When they were originally to come, I had a no-show for a consult without any correspondence from them to let me know they would not be there. Waited all day. Had numerous late times showing up but my main complaint is they are not returning my texts or phone calls. Since March I have called and texted at least 5-6 times since March of this year to be told they are working on it and they will get back to me and nothing. I am so disappointed with this local business. that I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone. This contractor, I have been told, has gone back to Steamway so please if Jerry Stover is in charge, and you are a woman. Please think twice before having them do the work for you.

    A burst water pipe caused extensive damage to floors, walls and other parts of a residential property. Chuck and Jerry were good to work with, responded quickly, and coordinated insurance and contractors to mitigate the damage, clean up the mess, and get the repairs done. AllClear made a difficult situation less difficult and got the job done right. Thank you!

    Part of the cleaners left things undone, have to call and get them to come back to finish. Otherwise, great work on restoration after a fire. They try to get it right and I would use them for the complete project.
