Shannon was very polite and efficient in responding to relocating of a backyard trapped skunk . It was surprising that we had to furnish him with a tarp. He arrived without proper supplies to carry the skunk away. I would recommend him for this service to anyone.

Shannon came to our rescue to help with our raccoon in the attic the same day I called AND it was Easter Sunday! Now that is amazing customer service! Had to drive 90 minutes to get to my Scarborough home. He will be our go-to guy for all future wildlife control.

Came out in the middle of the night for a bat flying around in my new house when I was all alone and freaked out, and with an hour drive! Searched the house completely, and while no bat was found (I had the doors open, maybe it left- hopefully!), calmed my nerves, offered great advice, plugged up some interior holes, and will now be my go-to person should this happen again. Fingers crossed it doesn t, but if it does, I trust the work ethic of this knowledgeable and professional veteran.

Excellent communication and customer service. Very hard working and professional. They worked diligently to ensure that every place the flying squirrels could and did use to get in to our attic was blocked and that the flying squirrels were removed humanely. Very friendly and they answered every question we had and explained the whole process to us. We would highly recommend.
