The guy that came fixed the problem. Then came the estimate for added work that we discussed. When the credit card statement came I found that I was charged 1600 dollars for the estimate.In other words , work not done. Call back never happened after 3 months. No reimbursement.

We will not use All Aloha again. For a simple plumbing job, not an emergency, when deleting the estimated cost of materials, All Aloha appears to have charged us about $500 plus an hour. Concerning their invoice, they have refused to provide clarification. A disappointment. Â Â

Who likes waking up to no hot water? Not me and thatâ s exactly what happened. Thankfully Randen from all aloha plumbing came to save the day and changed out our 12 year old water heater.

All aloha plumbing is by far the most professional company we have ever had work done by and if you are looking for a contractor that does what they say they are going to do then these are your guys. We had them install a faucet and 1 month later it started leaking. They showed up and changed out the faucet no questions asked.

It was such a good experience working with the nice technicians from all aloha plumbing. They gave me some options to fix my leaking shower and my toilet. We went with the middle option and we are very pleased with the outcome and the work done.
