Had a great experience with them. Called them Saturday night at 9pm. Picked up the phone almost immediately. Sent someone out the next morning. Josh Mills was very respectable, polite, and experienced. Cleared out my clog, and found the problem in main sewer line. Would highly recommend for emergencies. Thank you again!
The repair was completed timely, with no inconvenience to activity in my home.
The first Tec came to my house to install a new home water filtration system. After leaving there was a leak caused by the install that wasn't evident because it was behind a panel (not on them). I called Mr Rooter and they immediately sent out a Tec and that was fixed at no cost (great service), but the leak repair caused him to have to return to replace the pressure valve and reconnect to the new home water filter. This repair was estimated at 3 hours and $900. I thought that was high but what was I going to do at this point. The Tec returned at the appointed date ant time and makes the repair it takes 1 hour. I asked is it still $900 and the response was "my experience allows me to get it done quicker so yes it is the same price". I feel taken advantage of and will not be using them again.
Replaced outside faucet. I'm happy with service. Plumber was polite, explained what he need to do fix faucet and quoted price. I'm particularly happy to finally find plumber I could call when I needed one without having to sign a contract.

Sammy did an event job in replacing an outside faucet gone bad. He explained the repair, how long it would take, and followup addition that I would need to do. This is my second use of Mr. Rooter and am very happy with them!

He was very nice very personable, but he was not able to fix our plumbing need. My husband actually took care of it himself that evening.
