They where great honest kinda pricey but got it done !!

I have owned my home for a little over three years and have regularly used AirSouth for HVAC repairs and maintenance. Unfortunately, I have experienced recurring AC issues almost every year around May. Last year, AirSouth informed me that my evaporator coil and filter dryer needed to be replaced. I paid approximately $2,300 for these repairs, trusting the work had been completed properly. At the end of May this year, I came home to find my AC unit frozen. I immediately contacted AirSouth and was told a technician would come the following day. The next morning, however, I received a call stating they would not be coming out as scheduled. Since my home was without proper air conditioning, I contacted another HVAC company for assistance. That technician inspected the system and discovered the filter dryer appeared faulty and possibly had never been replaced, despite AirSouth charging me for replacing it the previous year. HVAC system has been broken 4 times and they refuse to acknowledge a major gas leak that leaked CO2 slowly into my home over the winter. Don?t bother with them unless you want a major headache, to be ripped off or possible be slowly poisoned.

I am frustrated that every time I have to schedule a service maintenance appointment my technician is a no show and I have to reschedule my appointment. This latest appointment frustration stems from I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, 02/07 in the afternoon scheduled by Jazz 601-258-3847. The technician was a no show, no call. My appointment was rescheduled by Jazz for Saturday, 03/21 between 8 and 12. I confirmed with Jazz via text message Friday 03/20 at 9:11 am. I received a call from dispatch at 11:15ish stating I was being rescheduled and I needed to make my appointment Mon-Fri. I would like to be scheduled in the morning on the next available Saturday. And I would like that my technician keep the appointment instead of being a no show, no call and/or being rescheduled at random by dispatch.
