The categories offered do not fit exactly what was done. While fence repair was needed and done by Jeff, the primary repair was a building a retaining wall to stop further damage to the fence. Jeff designed and constructed the wall with reinforced concrete blocks and finished it with stucco to blend in with the color of the surrounding area. He then repaired the fence so there should be no more issues. Jeff was always in contact with me to let me know when he would arrive, what the status of the project was and anything else I needed to know.

Jeff has been amazing to work with. He did a great job installing concrete steps and planters in our front yard. I I will keep using him on other projects around my home. I would recommend him.

Jeff is our new Go To Guy for all of our concrete and construction needs! He is very talented and extremely knowledgeable in the concrete business, he is very easy to work with as well as very HONEST, Fast and Hardworking! We hired Jeff to install an ADA compliant concrete handicap ramp from our driveway to the front door and expand our current drive way to accommodate a vehicle needing additional room for a disabled person. When planning this project with Jeff our biggest must haves were that the ramp needed to not â lookâ like a typical handicap ramp, the ramp must have a curve in it, it must have planters on both sides of the project must have access for future water and electrical supply lines. Not only did Jeff hit all the marks, his customer service focused attitude and friendly deminer made it possible to make changes to the scope of the project as work was being performed. Jeffâ s craftmanship and technical knowledge were key during the entire project! From the very beginning, Jeffâ s insight helped us to make great choices during the planning phase of the project that ended up reducing the cost of the project. I have been in construction for many years, but now I am not able to do all of the heavy work, especially for a project of this magnitude - I can attest to Jeffâ s amazing talent and construction skills. His work is square and level (I know because I followed him around with a measuring tape, a level and my square and I quickly saw that Jeff does not cut corners, nor does he allow his workers to cut corners; he gives you what you pay for and a whole lot more. When Jeff was completed with the project, we were absolutely satisfied with the new look and have had compliments from neighbors and friends. The ramp is dead on accurate and fully ADA compliant and most of all it doesnâ t look like a handicap ramp â it looks like a pathway!

Completely Paint house, trim colors, doors, patio cedar pergola and repair storm door and roof ridge shingles. Before I chose Agave and Jeff on the initial visit before their bid, I could see they understood painting and saw things that were needed to be done to get the results i wanted on a repaint job of a house built in 1996. Work began on the day agreed and was done in four work days the same week. One day lost due to rain in wise decision not to risk damage to new paint by a rain shower. . First they pressure washed everything. Then the second entire day was spent preparing the surfaces, sanding some peeling paint, filling holes and cracks with caulk and priming these areas. Then, after the rain delay, in two days the painting was finished in perfect weather. Jeff had four workers each assigned to part of the painting, so two worked on the big spray painting which required careful masking of windows, doors, light fixtures etc. Then they painted the front door and garage side access door neatly with a different color. A third worker specaiized in the white trim and porch railing being extremely careful to make a neat edge where the white trim and main house color met together without overlaps . The fourh worker hand brushed and rolled strain into an overheat louvered patio cover. He went over each cedar board many times with roller and brush until the wood would not soak up any more stain. VERY good coverage. For the entire job four colors of paint and stain were needed and they used Home Depot's highest grade exterior paint that got top scores in Consumer Reports long term paint tests. Planning and supervision of the work was outstanding, and they added a second coat to a West wall hit by afternoon hot sun. One advantage of Best Construction is they were skilled in other contraction work and I used them to repair a wind damaged storm door. Also. they noticed I had some roof shingles on the ridge top that were damaged and repaired this free. Getting this fixed before wind blew these shingles off saved a major repair job later. VERY pleased they noticed this. They cleaned up nicely and everything was finished on time at the agreed price. They left me buckets of all four colors for touchup of any future needs. They even removed and folded the tarps I had put on to protects a few shrubs near the house. Final job looks like a new house!!!

Jeff and his team are awesome and they are very detailed in what you need done and they differently go above and beyond to make your project look amazing! I was very happy with the design assistance, the materials, the construction, and the appearance when the project was completed. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, the remade front walk contributed strongly to the sale of my house for its appraised value. I just wish I had been able to live with the nice, new front walk for several more years. At least the current owners can benefit from Agave Construction's work. Cheers!
