    this customer was needing some work done to her system that was making our job more difficult. She did not want to fix the problem unless i fixed it for free or run the system any longer to compensate for the loss of flow. She was rude to my tech when he gave her the information. She never really liked me after i bought the company from the original owner. I felt like it was a mutual decision. Its unfortunate that she felt it was nessesary to hurt my company with a bad review because i really tried to please her. I still love You Verna! good luck.

    Ray called us. He was very friendly and attentive. He was out in our area and came over that evening. We found Ray to be knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and reasonable. With our good first impression, we did not contact anyone else. Our motor was burned out and leaking going on. Ray and Danny came out. Danny is very friendly, works quickly and efficiently. The motor and pump have been replaced. There are more repairs that we are needing, so Ray will be coming back. We are happy with the work. Our pool has so much circulation now and the bottom cleaner is working better than it ever has. Yes, we are very happy with Ray and Danny. We recommend Affordable Pool Pro to everyone.
