Nick at Affordable Construction was very good to work with. He always responded quickly to my inquiries. The roof replacement went very well. The crew was top notch. Very efficient and did an awesome job. Nick sent a large crew to make sure the job was done in one day. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up as well. It was a bit breezy and debris blew off the roof and into the yard. They spent significant effort making sure all trash was cleaned up when they were done with the roof. I highly recommend Affordable Construction for any roofing job.

I had a very good experience with Affordable Construction. Nick responded to my quote request the same day and set up an appointment to come out to look at the project the next day. Affordable Construction gave me a good price and was able to schedule the project around my schedule. I have a large roof but the team was able to to take off the old roof and install the new roof within a day. The quality of the work was great and I watched the entire project and I am glad to report that all aspects of the job were completed as quoted. There weren't any shortcuts or cheaper materials used as buyers are always concerned about.
