I have had the best experience with Customer Service ever. Ricky Magoon, the Sales Rep and Technician went over and above all expectations. From diagnosis to replacement of an old system. He has helped me solve a serious problem with drainage from a business next door to me. On his own time, and using his own equipment he dug a ditch to divert the rain and snow melt drainage away from my home and garage. In the past, it had flooded my basement and flowed through my garage. You should consider him a valuable asset to your Company.

Rick was very friendly and informative. We had him come in for a water system quote to remove iron and manganese from our water. He sampled our water, gave us the results immediately and also tested our air quality. He was so thorough and knowledgeable that we were able to close the deal on both a water treatment system and air purifiers that are already making a noticeable difference!

I got a new water treatment system under my kitchen sink. They started by testing my water and explained the results in a way I could understand. The work quality was great and done in a reasonable amount of time.

Let me start by saying that having this water treatment system installed was the best thing we ever did! After Aerus Electrolux tested our water right in front of our own eyes, it was perfectly obvious that the well water, that smelled like sulfur most of the year, that we had been using for the past 15 years was full of iron, magnesium and calcium. I would like to give props to Mr. Chris Dow, the Aerus Electrolux Representative, for doing such an outstanding job of performing the test and thoroughly explaining how the system actually works and why it undoubtedly will make our lives much healthier. I am impressed by the fact that not only was this system installed expeditiously, Aerus Electrolux will send a representative to troubleshoot and repair the system if necessary should we run into any problems, anytime; all we have to do is contact them and it's done! And this will continue as long as the system is existing, even when we are long gone! In my opinion, just the service they provide gives us peace of mind; all I need to know is how to use the phone!

Chris Dow, the representative who came to our home was not only very knowledgeable but pleasant and thorough during the entire demonstration. We decided after seeing how we would benefit in many ways to have Aerus Electrolux install their water system which was done quickly and professionally. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS A LITTLE BIT OF A SNAG WAS THE INITIAL PART WAS THAT THEY ASKED THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FIRST. THAT PART OF THE PROCESS WAS THE ONLY THAT GOT OFF TRACK.
