Jason Bailey was on the ball and really took care of business. They gave me different options and were fair on price. I highly recommend them.

i called four roofing companies and they were all courteous and attentive..but only Advantage came through for me: -the first co. only did full roof replacements although they were listed in my request for simple roof repairs.. -the second was the only one who actually went into my attic and roof and did an analysis of the cause of the leak in my indoor ceiling--even took photos with his cell-phone and said he would send to me ( but never did) --he gave a high estimate, seemed to just want to change the whole roof and gutters (!), and promised to clear the leaves on my roof and gutters too. However, he did not call me back for the estimate--even when i called him back two days later. He apologized and said he would send it within 30 minutes--and never did!.. - the third one just looked up at my roof, didn't go up to verify what was analyzed and gave a rough estimate (double of what i eventually payed) but appeared to just want to have my entire roof changed.. -Philip of Advantage went up to my roof, verified the analysis, and gave me a very reasonable estimate--did the job a day later than promised..but they also gave a work guarantee for two years.. Two days later, hard rain came--and I am satisfied the leak was sealed.. It does pay to comparison shop--Thank you for giving us this service.

I hired a roofer to repair sagging roof I got a total new roof but still sagging. They broke my gate and lied about it to the cost of $350 and then they stepped into the ceiling and broke my concrete entrance. They made a mess glad my dogs weren't here nails everywhere. Still finding them in driveway.ugh not a happy consumer I feel like I was taken advantage of because of my age.
