This company was ok at first. Periodically missed my regular appointments and I had to call to see what happened several times. I also had to request for certain things to be done for pool that they should have known to do like scrubbing the liner, adjusting the timer with day light changes, etc. LAST STRAW: Team came to close my pool today, never cleaned the pool, put the cover on with a ton of leaves and debris in the pool. Left a mess with garbage and bags all around the pool. I called to request them to come back and close the pool properly which I was happy to pay for. THE OWNER said to me "We will credit you and not charge for the service" and would not send his crew back to fix it. He was rude and told me that I need to know how to maintain the pool and tell them what to do??? I am now left with a mess and a pool that will be ruined and permanently stained by Spring.

This company maintained our pool all summer long. The pool we have is a large gunite pool with salt water, it is hard to maintain and keep clear but they did it. If there was ever an issue or concern, Clinton responded himself within a few hours of contacting them. When our pool filter shorted out in a storm, they were there within 2 days with a new filter and gave us a fair price. The billing is easy, they give you a paper copy as well as send an email providing a bunch of payment options. The receptionist is efficient and someone always responds and answers. They send reminder emails before coming to service your pool. Communication and work is great.

BRUCE Did a great job in very uncomfortable conditions (hot,humid and buggy). wonderful people.. showed up on sunday took care of job.. very pleasant. no mess, no fuss, no excuses. Boss was on phone too and also very pleasant. wonderful people

Have used Advantage LI for closing and for opening my in-ground pool, and have never been disappointed. I am very happy with them, they are very professional and their work is of high quality.
