The work was well done and the installers walked thru the project with me just prior to starting so we were able to make sure we were both on the same page. Customer service was only acceptable...after making a deposit on the day of the quote I expected to hear within a couple of days of the schedule for install. After a week I called them. They finally got back to me with a schedule during one of the few times I could not be home. After me calling them, they were able to adjust their schedule to fit mine. Day of installation they were 2 hours late arriving and I called to confirm...twice, but they did finally arrive. Apparently one of their employees did not come in that morning so they had to do some schedule juggling. I understand that, but excellent customer service would have been contacting me with an updated schedule whenever they knew they were not on their original plan, I could have planned my time better,

The workers showed that they wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied with their work. They did an excellent job ,cleaned up and went over with me the work they performed.. They were there to do the work on the day they said they promised and the price did not change .

they were four hours late getting to my house, their are very hard to get ahold of and are pretty bad about returning calls. but when they do show up the people are very professional and do great work.

This a great company the people are very professional and do great work ,they are here hear when they say they are coming , the only draw back is their very hard to get a hod of and are pretty bad about returning calls , but if you can get ahold of them it's worth the wait, .
