Brett, the technician explained the process of cleaning out the floor drain very well. After he was finished clearing the drain he wiped up and disinfected the area, which was much appreciated. He also had me fill up the washing machine and drain it to make sure everything was working well before he left, He was also very personable, and he did a great job. Our home is only 5 years old, so everything is new. China did a great job of showing us what needed cleaning. We are very much into prevention and maintenance. Glad we got the blades cleaned. AC unit outside will be getting cleaned in the spring.

I was thrilled to discover Advanced Home Services as they have the "dream team" of plumbers. DuWayne, Jacob and Robert are exceptional. They not only perform high quality, professional work but are thoughtful, considerate and extremely courteous.
