, I have use Acuafix pool solution for many years, but this time Carlos has done a outstanding job here at my house, putting the fence , as we’ll working on the pool. I am very satisfied and happy for all the job That Carlos and he’s best crew has done for me. He is excellent Especially that he is very punctual, Clean, you just tell him how you Wanted the Job to be done at your property and he will surprised you, and the best of all he’s very honest person to work with.

Our experience did not align with the five-star reviews we saw online. Carlos is personable and presents his services well, but unfortunately, the follow-through did not meet our expectations. During the project, there were several unexpected add-ons that were not included in the original quote. The pool also appeared not to be dug to the agreed depth, which resulted in it sitting above the deck. To address this, a set of stairs was built, but they were roughly constructed. We asked that they be redone, and while some changes were made, the final result still had uneven edges and felt unstable to us. We were also told that everything would be fully operational at completion; however, the pool filter was not connected, and we had to handle that ourselves. Communication was another challenge. When we raised questions or concerns, interactions often felt rushed, as though we were an inconvenience. I understand that running a business is demanding, but clear communication, realistic expectations, and follow-through are important. Based on our experience, this did not meet the standard we were expecting.

BEWARE! I had an inground pool and spill over spa installed this summer. The project in question stretched painfully over four to five months despite timely payments, raising initial concerns about the contractor's management skills. It appears the contractor, Carlos, simultaneously juggled multiple projects--likely in an attempt to secure more business--which translated to delays and compromised focus on this particular job. After the pool's completion, I discovered a variety of defects requiring repeated repairs. These included bulging and loose liners (3x) just one week post-install, plumbing problems, excessive leaking from the pool heater, and untidy workmanship such as messy silicone application around corners and stairs. What exacerbated the situation was the contractor's poor customer service. When approached for assistance, Carlos responded with rude behavior and a lack of professionalism. Instead of honoring the warranty he advised to go on youtube. Do not use

Carlos and his team are amazing! They took my tired pool and made it new again. I wanted a tanning ledge and Catlos made it happen. Amazing team!!!! Great work and fare pricing. I will always call on Acuafix for my pool needs and you should too!

Carlos and his men did a terrific job. They were on time and installed a new liner. very professional their pricing wias excellent, I would recommend them, they did a great job!

He came out told what he could and fix my pool at a great price.

My pool liner was old and had a huge hole in it resulting in my pool draining in a matter of several hours. Placed an ad here and Carlos called me early next morning. He did an amazing job repairing my pool. He was easy to reach, came next day and started the repairs. In a few days I had my pool back! I'm very happy with it and would recommend him. He was very affordable as well.
