Reviews
Write a ReviewI recently had my well pump replaced, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. One thing that really stood out was how clearly they explained the entire process before beginning the work, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. They completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail, ensuring everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of well pump services. Great professionalism, excellent communication, and a job well done!
Professional, kind an overall great experience.
I would have liked to have had better communications about the process.
If you have brown water, talk to Action Well and Pump. My water was so full of magnesium and manganese that the county told me not to drink it so I lived on bottled water for 10 years. My clothes were brown (regardless of their original color) and so full of minerals that they were stiff. I looked and researched for a filtration system but was unimpressed with the responses from other providers. They would either tell me their system would not help me (at least they were honest!) or would say "sure our softening and filtration system will take care of it for $12K - $15K" until I wanted a guarantee. Finally, I asked Action Well and Pump if they could help me. They had provided repairs on my well, so I had a good opinion of them already. They explained how the Sidewinder worked. No softener was needed. No salt. And it worked spectacularly! I now can have white clothing that stays white. I am so grateful! Also, the cost was a third of what everyone else was quoting me for systems that would not solve my problem.
Very professional - explained everything - no fooling around Got The job done And very happy with the results- would not Hesitate to recommend
I contacted them to replace a water purification and Iron removal system in my home. The same day they installed the new system my tankless water heater flooded and fried the circuit board. They came back and fixed what they did wrong and blamed it on the plumber who did the previous system. They refused to admit that the reason my tankless water heater broke was due to the work they did. They have no integrity and now I'm required to pay for a new tankless water heater out of my pocket.
Brian, We are sorry you feel we were at fault in this situation. You already had a pre-existing backwashing line from the unit we were replacing. My company DID NOT install this pre-existing backwash line or your pre-existing backwash unit. You showed our company where the line was and where it went out of the house. You were good with us using this pre-existing line. When we installed our iron filtration system we tied the unit into this pre-existing backwash line. We had no way of knowing this backwash line was an issue. We looked at the backwashing lines, tested it and it was adequate. You called the next day to say your water heater wasn't working and was wet. We sent our service techs back out there to analyze the situation. When our team arrived we seen the water heater was wet. After a diagnostic check we discovered your licensed plumber had tied your water heater drain that was in another room to the backwash line that was designated for a water filtration system. Therefore this problem falls on the plumber that installed the line throughout the house. The plumber installed the tankless water heater line and the filtration unit line the first go around. We have to assume the tankless water heater installed passed code. We had no reason to believe this line was going to be an issue. We still don't know why your water heater was wet after our unit went into backwash if everything on the water heater drain line was installed correctly. We also don't understand why you want call the licensed plumber and ask him why was this installed this way. Or you could call the county inspector and ask how this passed. We are not licensed to install gas water heaters so we have to assume what was done was done correctly. The bottom line is whoever installed the water heater several rooms over and ran piping throughout the house and in the walls and into the exterior and joined into the pre-existing backwash line we have to assume it was done correctly. We can't give any advice or fix anything pertaining to the water heater or it's lines. If your water heater is wet after our unit goes into backwash mode we have to assume the line going up into your water heater is faulty (no check valve, one way valve etc). We are puzzled as to why you think this is our fault.
These guys really knew what they were doing. Not only did they install a new pump, but they also pointed out another problem I didn't know I had.
Action well folks are Pros. No problems they can not fix
Action Well was great. They did an outstanding job replacing my well pump. It was an emergency I found out at 4am, that I had no water. By the following afternoon Action Well had replaced my well pump,
Just wanted to thank these guys for everything! Replaced our well pump in about an hour! Great service and very respectful, which is hard to come by these days! Please give them a call for all your water needs!
