Clay Carson of Act One was terrific. He spent from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. one day and came back for three hours the next day to complete the grout replacement. It looks like I have new tile. He cleaned the bathtub and around the floor too. Its sparkling! Im thrilled. I highly recommend him.

It was a pleasure to do business with Clay Carson. He delivered what he promised and kept in touch on the status of the work. He sent before and after photos because we were not on-site. He was always courteous when we spoke. We would highly recommend him !

Clay and Josh did a great job retiling my entire bathroom. They ripped down the wall and rebuilt it using waterproof materials, explained everything in about their process and their pricing was very reasonable. If you need to do anything with tile HIRE ACT ONE.

I had the grout around the top of my tub redone. Even though it was a small job, it was done with thoroughly and meticulously, and for a very reasonable price. They cleaned up well after finishing, leaving the bathroom spotless. In all, it was a relatively painless experience, especially as compared to the last time I had this done by another company.
