John is a very professional and ethical owner of the company. His crew was efficient and also professional. I would highly recommend Acme Environmental Services. They did a complete removal and install of a new septic tank and drain field. John made sure all my questions were answered. He also made sure that nothing would be a surprise at the last minute. Thumbs up to John, his crew and his company!!!!

Was very happy with the work they performed. The crew were very professional and did a great job. My only concern is when one guy glued the pipe together there was a leak at the joint which he promptly added more glue, but I thought the glue needed to be put inside. He told me that it would not leak. I would hire them again!

The company was able to place me into their schedule the same day that I called. The workman did an excellent job and was able to answer all of my questions. I was surprised that he requested to use my hose and did not carry one on the truck.

Very friendly and knowledgeable workmen. While the work was postponed several times, this is common in Florida during the rainy season and totally expected. Quality work, good communications, expert service. My property gave them extra problems due to its slope and layout, but they worked around these problems and did a fine job. They also made sure that everything was cleaned up and completely to my satisfaction before leaving the site. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for septic installation!
