The gutter guy told us about our need to replace the roof with photos to prove it. The gutter cleaning was quick and thorough. We will use them again in the fall.

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! If I could give 0; stars, I would...but this site won&'t allow you to leave a review unless you click 1-5. Prior to the purchase of my new property/house, ReMaxx received a quote from Handyman Matters - work to be done: replacing trim around garage door, replacing seal on bottom of garage door, mudding and taping 1/2 wall between the garage and interior of the house, sealing space above garage door, and cleaning (2) windows and replacing handles if needed. Handyman Matters arrived on the date that they were told to arrive - good start. They arrived on time - also great, at 9:00AM, which they promised; however, I was at my closing and met them as soon as I could, at 9:30AM. I never received an invoice after they left nor did anyone talk to me from the time they arrived until they left about what they were doing. The only reason they talked to me was because my garage door was locked and they had to ring my doorbell to get back inside to get their tools. The workers were never there throughout the day, coming and going - no idea why they wouldn't stay at the work site. They never talked to me from the time they came into my home. They never told me what they were doing. They did what they wanted to do. It was not what was on the work order. I never received any receipts for anything they did or what they were doing. Not once did they ask for my approval on the work they were doing - they literally did what they wanted which was not what was on the work order. They did not replace the seal on the bottom of the garage door, they spray foamed it instead (AGAIN, NOT WHAT WE INITIALLY DISCUSSED AND I NEVER APPROVED OF THIS CHANGE). They said they would clean (2) windows and replace handles if needed - the person that spoke to me didn't even know what type of windows they were and told me all that was needed was cleaning - which is exactly what I asked them to do. All they did was bend the metal frame which could have damaged more of the window. No cleaning was done!! I was charged for (8) hours of labor + $160.00 of materials where no receipts were produced. They never told me that they were needing extra materials or let me know that they were going somewhere to get them. I had no clue and would expect a professional service to inform their client of every little detail. This is my money and my house and they were hired to perform certain tasks. I expected them to operate in a professional manner and I was completely shocked when I received my invoice. The additional full-day package was $625.00 which was (8) hours of adjusting (2) Pella windows, trimmed the interior walk door at the garage, installed trim on overhead doors, mud taped 1/2 wall and sealed space above the garage door. They charged me $785.00 to do this. They did not replace the seal on the bottom of the garage door - they thought that foam would work. That's not what was quoted. I'm not sure if that would have cost them less to
