3/27/2024 I met with Tony who stated that cement would be used to raise the patio and gave me an estimate. I OK'd project and called later with more questions and added the front sidewalk to project. 4/1 Work was done. The product used under the patio was orange, I saw it in the mixer bin and saw the workers pump it under the patio. When the work was being done, I asked both workers if that was cement and they both said yes and also said that the product would dry in about 2 hours. I called Tony later and asked him to mail a paper receipt to me and he agreed although he preferred to e-mail one. After that day, I kept thinking about the color of the product so I found a spot where it had oozed out under the patio and took a sample. It was soft so I put some in a bucket and poured water on it, it completely dissolved into orange water. I checked the front sidewalk area and found a beige product in the dirt next to the sidewalk. That too crumbled when I touched it. All of the drill holes had a layer of gray which looked more like cement but has since deteriorated leaving sandy colored depressions. 4/8 No paper receipt was received so I called Tony who said that a paper copy had been sent. I agreed to accept an e-mail copy in the interim which he sent. The receipt did not specify that cement was used, not mud or clay so I asked him to add that to the receipt and resend. 4/18 To date I have never received a paper copy nor received an e-mail copy including cement as the product used. The caulking between the patio slabs has sunk significantly in areas collecting water and dirt. Areas between the sidewalk slabs have a rough gritty product that is not level and has deteriorated. Tony and his workers, deserve one star for their performance of selling and confirming that cement was used. They are all complicit in this bait and switch fraud.

They did an excellent job on a challenging project. Very fair pricing and professional work.

I had had Accurate Concrete come out twice now. Both times they have been on time, professional, clean, and have done excellent work. Top notch and great price!

When I first put this project on Home Advisor, Tony from Accurate Concrete Raising call me within 15 minutes. He lived close by and came by on his way home came by a few hours later and gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable considering I knew very little of what the job entailed. I could not have the work done for for 4 weeks because of other things that needed to be done first before raising the concrete. I got my other thing done and then I contacted Tony about 11 o'clock in the morning and he was working on a project just a couple of block from my home. He said he could come by as soon as he finished the other job. He and his crew were there by 2 o'clock and completed the job in an hour and a half. I paid him immediately and he was happy and I was very happy. I was so satisfied that I gave my son his number so he could do some work for him. I would recommend Accurate Concrete Raising in an heart beat. ONE HAPPY CAMPER HERE!

Tony and his helper raised our driveway in front of garage and sidewalk leading to the entrance door today.They did amazing job, started on time, work hard and cleaned well after. I am very satisfied the work they did. I like Tony and his helper, very nice people. The price is very good .

Sidewalk leading to front entrance settled 3" in front of steps. I called Tony, texted him some photos, got a quote and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday. They showed up on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. The price was fair and I recommend them. Everyone should be this easy to work with!

Their response to my contacting them was quick, they came and provided an estimate for the work needed. We hired them that same day, they were at our home two business days after the estimate and did a wonderful job on lifting the uneven concrete we had. Now it is all even and looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs this service.
