    Mike was personable and professional and delivered on his promise on time and on budget. We needed to have a home appraised for estate valuation purposes and Mike was willing to expedite his normal schedule in order to help us out. The resulting appraisal was thorough and backdated to the time of death as we requested. We would definitely hire him again.

    Mike was super personable and very efficient. He spoke with me at length about the job and reached out to my tenant within the hour. I appreciate that he volunteered to work directly with my tenant regarding scheduling his visit and that his communication with me was very timely and professional.

    Mike Anderson is a remarkable professional. I asked him to appraise a condo for estate purposes and so one beneficiary could have a baseline to possibly buy out another. I also told him it would need to stand up to financing. He assured me that any lender would send their own appraiser, but he understood the situation completely. As a former lending underwriter, everything he said made sense. He went out 3 days after I contacted him (on a Sunday) and delivered a very comprehensive appraisal 8 days later. I wouldn't hate to recommend him and will use him again if the need arises in that area.

    Mike explained the entire appraisal process to me on the phone. He arrived on time and finished the appraisal on schedule. I received an update from him concerning the completion of the report and it arrived as promised. I would use the business again without any reservations.
