Very nice man,,,but dinged our floor board with his machine. Didnt have professional padding stips to cover furniture lets, consequently, our carpet was stained by the wooden feet. Also. One area not done well. He did the best he could with the furniture. I was not expecting much there.

very nice man who made every effort to help out in a pinch. worked steady and hard for his money. can't say though that the place felt super tip top but that may be my issue, the place was a real mess before he arrived

Washed all outside windows outside plus inside in both garages. Climbed up high to reach all windows and skylights. Worked exceedingly hard to remove acid rain residue. Only concern was a couple of windows downstairs had a couple of streaks (easy to miss when sun moved) and missed a few of the window sills upstairs -- but will mention when they return to clean inside (did a fabulous job first time housecleaning) and I am certain they will catch the sills when they return. Look forward to working with them for the long-term.
