Absolute Air (AA) is the second company I've had at the house and will be the first one I'll call the next time I need HVAC service. I've dealt with a zone damper problem for over two years that is finally fixed. However, I called (AA), because my AC stopped cooling correctly. They discussed my problem over the phone and gave me some troubleshooting ideas, after which I was able to fix the cooling problem immediately without cost or without having to endure a hot house in the middle of summer. They fixed my damper problem a couple of days later after getting the part. Caleb and Tom were great. It was obvious that they both cared about providing the best service possible.

Kregg and his new coworker were both very professional and informative. They did a great job and explained anything that needed to be explained. They were very careful to not leave any mess and to protect our home from the inherent mess and risks of removing a furnace

I was able to work directly with the owner of the company. He helped me understand the options I had with regard to the furnace/air conditioner replacement. I was also able to get 60 months no interest loan to finance this large purchase. Installation went well and they were able to install the furnace and air conditioner in a day. I felt very respected and appreciated the attention to detail they exhibited. I would highly recommend this company.
