Took 2 days to do project, but they stayed with it until finished.

They came out for quote, very professional, sent written quote almost immediately. They ask for a $90 deposit to be able to get on schedule. Read small print, this is non refundable. Two and a half weeks later we hadn’t heard anything at all and I had to contact them. They said they were four to six weeks out. I said that this was unacceptable. Wanted deposit back, but non refundable. Asked for manager and they said within two weeks, by18th, but only four days later they showed up. Actual workers were excellent and they did everything they said, both cutting trees and cleanup and two days later the stump grinding crew came and were also excellent. The only issue was setting date, but all was completely done on 10th, 8 days before guaranteed promise. Just make sure you lock in dates, but workers are professional and do great work.

I had this business power wash my house and plus stump removal and the workmanship was excellent. This time I had more involvement w/office staff (not their and service) and each time it was like the left-hand did not know what the right hand was doing which for me was frustrating Suggestion for Above and Beyond; use a pdf attachment to clarify what to expect with any and all services once downpayment has been made. Rating out of 5 stars: The workmanship of those doing the labor, 5 out of 5. Answering Service, 4 out of 5.Inhouse Customer Service, 1.5 out of 5.Use e-mail so your phone call will not be drop.

The 2 employees were very polite, worked non stop, cleaned up their mess, and completed the job in a few hours. I would highly recommend this group! My house looks amazing! The before and after pictures prove it.
