Job was done right and efficiently. Came on Monday afternoon to replace my water heater and was done by later that afternoon.Very happy with their service.

1. Vendor was supposed 2 come on Wednesday 2 Did not call with change of date nor was i asked if ok. 3. Texted me on Thursday they would b there. Had 2 cancel hospital volunteering 4. Finished on Thursday and was told not 2 use toilet fir 24 hours 5. On Friday at 5 used toilet. Went back 20 minutes 2 bathroom 2 find floor flooded with water 6. Texted vendor about leaking and was told maybe Sat 7. Sat no text so I called. Was hung up on. Left 2 other messages. No response 8. Monday AM received text they would b there btwn 2 and 4. Did not ask me if time was OK 4 me 9. Had toilet fixed on Saturday by someone else. 10. Vendor did not tighten screws on tank or level tank - BASIC PLUMBING

The team was quick, efficient and answered all my questions. The work was done to my satisfaction.

Water valve was located in my cupboard. To replace valve, contractor had to first remove a drawer that slides on a track. After plumbing work was completed, drawer was reinstalled incorrectly, because after only a week later, the drawer fell off the track and crashed to the floor. Contractor was twice a no-show to 2 appointments he made to return to repair the drawer. Now he doesn't answer his phone when I call.

I called this company for a water heater leakage issue. They came for a free estimate and told me the leak was coming from the water heater, that it was not repairable, and needed to be replaced. The estimate seemed reasonable, so I trusted the ?Angi-approved? professionals and went ahead with the replacement. The very next day, after installing a new tankless water heater, the leak was still there. I called them back, and this time they said the leak was actually coming from inside the wall. They asked for an additional $350 just to open the wall and check the problem. When I asked why they replaced the water heater if the leak wasn?t from there, their answer was simply that the heater was old and ?needed to be replaced? and that the full pan of water was proof, yet no pan was ever installed to begin with. They then claimed the wall issue was unrelated and required extra payment. This was extremely disappointing. Not only was the problem misdiagnosed, but I spent more than I needed.

Spoke to both owners who are both gentlemen who explain everything and will work with you I recommend this company for all your plumbing issues.

Alan and Dom were both very professional and helped me with all my plumbing needs as a first time home buyer. They were fair with their pricing and I will continue to go with Above All Plumbing for my future plumbing needs
