A&E was a pleasure to work with. When you deal with a part of the house flooding/receiving water damage it's already very stressful and concerning. There's stopping the leak, fixing it, getting the water out, possible mold outbreak...all of that stress was taken away once I found them. They handled everything seamlessly and professionally at a very reasonable price. I would 10 out of 10 recommended them again and again. I really appreciate everything they did for my home and family!

They showed up promptly when we set up an appointment and came ready to take over. They were very knowledgeable on insurance policy information and were able to help me get my situation approved. They removed the flooring that was beyond repair and dried out the rest. They were very thorough and always came when they said they would. They also assisted in getting me a brand new floor since my old floor wasn’t made anymore! Highly Recommend!

All of the employees at A&E Restoration are awesome! I started the washing machine before leaving for several hours to run errands. Apparently, one of the water hoses to the washing machine had gotten a crack in it. I came home to a flooded laundry room and a saturated wood floor. My insurance company was difficult to work with to say the least. JP from A&E restoration came to look at the damage and give me a quote. They were very knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. They worked hard to dry out the water damage and take out the damaged flooring. They kept their work area clean and communicated their progress. These are honest people and I was very comfortable having them in my home. Hopefully something like this will never happen again but if it does A&E Restoration will be my first call.

I can’t say enough great things about A&E Restoration! We recently had a water leak in our bathroom that quickly turned into a much bigger issue than we expected. From the very first call, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They handled everything from start to finish — repairing the plumbing, replacing the damaged flooring, redoing the Sheetrock, and making sure all residual moisture was completely eliminated. They were thorough and detail-oriented, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing the job was done right and that there wouldn’t be hidden moisture problems down the road. What really stood out was how seamlessly they worked with our home insurance company. They managed the communication and paperwork directly, and we didn’t have to deal with any payment headaches or back-and-forth. That alone took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders! Highly recommend these guys!!

I had a pipe burst while I was on vacation, I came back to my house flooded and A&E Restoration called me the same day. They came in and tore out all the damaged drywall, flooring trim and cabinets and then dried out all of my subfloor saving me thousands more in replacing it! They were very professional and did the job right in a timely manner so I could focus on replacing everything I needed to. They worked directly with my insurance company, making my experience with them stress free, very easy, and no money out of pocket for me! I would recommend them to anyone! I can’t thank you guys so much for the work and professionalism! Best company around!!
