The company is very attentive to detail. I know nothing about computers and technology, but this system has been quite easy to use following a brief tutorial by the installation crew. The installation crew was extremely diligent and efficient. They were respectful of my situation and most helpful about teaching me about the cameras. The owners were sensitive to my needs for this system and worked within my budget to provide me with whole house surveillance. The clarity of the cameras is distinct and would identify an intruder in all types of lighting. It is reassuring to me to know that I have a great system in place. All options were presented and considered in the selection of this system to provide affordability and protection. The initial project was so impressive that I decided to upgrade the system immediately. They addressed everything with expertise and compassion. Everyone has been very professional in all aspects this project.

VERY FAIR PRICING-best we have encountered! Incredibly punctual, thorough, NEAT, POLITE, HELPFUL, and professional. Knew EXACTLY what they were doing, which has NOT been the case for most contractors we have hired in our new home. Great work ethic-didn't quit until absolutely perfect with a difficult swap-out of an older LED with a new, larger one, and for a fan light install. WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING ANYONE NEEDS. I'm sure we'll be using them again! A total pleasure to deal with-what an exception to the rule!
